Photo Journey through Puerto Rico
I’ve finally reviewed and gone over most of my pictures from Puerto Rico. I’ve concluded with these as being my favorites. These pictures were taken in many places around the island from San Juan to the islands to the rain forests. I have tried to include variety in this so that you can see some of the different things that Puerto Rico has to offer, at least visually. I’d love to hear back from you to see which is your favorite photo, or are your favorites if applicable. I feel this collection of photos below is very representative of the experiences that I had while on the island.
It seems distant now that I have moved on, but through some of these photos I can recall my first memories and impressions of the island.
The bluest street that I’ve ever seen.
If you have read my other articles that I’ve written on Puerto Rico, then you probably have seen this picture before, but I include it because I really like it. It is representative to me of children taking part in their future. As this was painted on the side of a pre-school, I found it fitting.
Overlooking the small isle of Old San Juan (Viejo San Juan) from the Fort.
One of my favorite things about the island of Puerto Rico is that you are never too far from some hidden natural beauty. Little waterfalls, streams, and rivers cover the island.

These markings still remain as a lasting legacy of the Taino Indians.

The most beautiful beach that I’ve ever been to.
My favorite bamboo, I am not sure of the species, but I would really like to have some in the future. It is almost prehistoric in its appearance.
Salt flats
Beautiful sunset
The terrain of Puerto Rico can be so dynamic at times. This is almost like the savannas of Africa.
That concludes my photos of Puerto Rico. I hope that you enjoyed them. Sometimes, pictures are the best way to share experiences. Now, I have to ask, which is your favorite?? Please let me know below.
If you have any questions where any of these photos were taken in Puerto Rico, please feel free to ask I’d be glad to tell you.

Have you visited Puerto Rico before? If so, what was your experience like?

My favorite is Stairway to the Sea. We were in Puerto Rico several years ago for a convention with Wayne’s company and stayed at the Conquistador. We did get to go to San Juan for an day. We stayed over three days past the convention. The beach and water are unbelievably beautiful. Thanks for sharing! I really like all of your pictures.
Thanks Sandra. I am glad that you enjoyed all of the pictures! Also, nice to hear that you all had fun.
Beautiful photos! I’m going to Puerto Rico for a week in October with my best friend. We just want to explore and see all of the beauty in PR. There are a few of your pictures I would like to know the location to, please!
