Volky Fest Mocano returns Friday, July 24 through Sunday, July 26, 2026, on the grounds of the Castillo Labadie in Moca, Puerto Rico. Three days of classic Volkswagens, camping, live music, family activities, exhibitions, competitions, food, and prizes, all set on the grounds of a French-style historic mansion in the island’s northwest. Admission is free, with a requested donation only for those using the camping area. Camping in 2026: rates and what the donation covers
Admission to Volky Fest Mocano is completely free. The only cost is the camping donation, for those who want to stay overnight on-site. For 2026, the organizers list these donation rates:
- $40.00 per camper
- $20.00 to camp for VW vehicles
- $15.00 for tents
That donation covers the on-site services: bathrooms, showers, and water to fill your tanks. Ice, food, and drinks are sold on-site. Camping is only allowed in the zones marked by the organization.
Festival rules to know

The organizers published an official reglamento to keep the weekend safe, organized, and family-friendly. The key rules for 2026:
- Camping only in the zones the organization designates
- No bonfires
- Every vehicle passing the checkpoint must be authorized by the organizing team
- No revving or tire-screeching (no “voceteo,” no “chillar goma”)
- No parking on the protected green areas of the Castillo Labadie
- No street vending without prior authorization from the VFM organization
- Keep your area clean and tidy; no saving or blocking off spaces
- Pets are allowed but must stay on a leash, and owners must clean up after them
- No motorcycles or four-tracks in the exhibition area
- No coolers in the stage area
- In an emergency, contact event staff
- The organizers reserve the right of admission
Dog-friendly day: Saturday, July 25

Volky Fest Mocano 2026 is a dog-friendly event, “enjoy with your family and your best friend,” and all pets are welcome. The dedicated animal-welfare activities take place Saturday, July 25, starting at 9:00 AM at the Castillo Labadie, run in partnership with the Villa Michelle animal shelter and Dejando Huellas:
- Low-cost vaccinations
- Pet adoptions
- A pet competition, hosted by Villa Michelle and Dejando Huellas
Owners are reminded to keep pets leashed and to clean up after them. If the pet activities are your reason for going, confirm timing on the festival’s channels close to the date.
How to visit
- Drive, and plan the distance. Moca is about 2 to 2.5 hours from San Juan. If the festival is your main trip, flying into Aguadilla’s Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) cuts the drive to well under an hour.
- Bring cash. Food, drinks, ice, artisan goods, and the camping donation all run on cash.
- Dress for July. Hot, humid, sunny days with the chance of afternoon rain. Sun protection and water are essential.
- Make a weekend of the northwest. Rincón’s surf, Isabela and Aguadilla’s beaches, and Moca’s own Museo del Mundillo are all close.
